How To Overcome Satan Through The Name Of Jesus
We overcome the power of satan through the name of Jesus. Jesus is God who existed before time and who created all things. As God, He is Lord and ruler of His creation which includes satan:
Isa 45:23 - I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
During His ministry in the Earth, demons would cry out in terror and fear of the Lord and acknowledge Him.
He delegated to His church the authority to overcome satan in His name.
The members of His church did it and so can His saints as His legal representatives in the earth:
Luk 10:19 - Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. #prophecy
